I’m a former BCG consultant with extensive experience conducting and evaluating interviews, including official recruiting rounds at BCG. I’ve run hundreds of interviews and mock interviews, and I coach candidates based on what interviewers actually look for—not theory, not generic frameworks.
I’ve worked with candidates across consulting, tech, and global institutions, helping them sharpen case performance, elevate fit answers, and develop clear, confident executive communication under pressure. My coaching is structured, practical, and direct, with a strong focus on decision-making, problem-solving clarity, and interviewer presence.
In addition to BCG, I’ve worked in tech, and several health-tech ventures (after MBA) and at the World Bank and several NGOs internationally (pre MBA). I hold a dual MBA from Stanford GSB and MPA from Harvard, which gives me a broad perspective on coaching candidates from diverse backgrounds, geographies, and career stages.
A Note for Candidates Under Pressure
If you’re feeling stressed, uncertain, or worried that your profile doesn’t fit the “standard” mold, or that you're "behind", I’ve been there.
I applied to BCG as a "non-traditional" candidate (6 years at the World Bank and NGOs between DC and Africa) and an international hire, with English as a second language. I also had very specific and niche interests I wanted to work on inside consulting - AI, Tech and Med-tech.
Despite that, I received multiple consulting offers, including 2 BCG internships (traditional and DV) and a full-time offer - and all were focused in digital health & AI. After joining BCG, I advanced and after 2 years was selected as one of 8 consultants across all North America for BCG’s Digital Rotation Program, working at the intersection of strategy, digital, and AI. This experience gives me a clear understanding of how candidates with complex or unconventional profiles are evaluated — and how to translate that complexity into strong, credible interview signal.
I also advanced to become both an interviewer and interview coach for BCG. I would travel across the US to coach students, especially those interested in technology & digital, as well as those with various backgrounds (women, non-traditional, tech, Phds, international candidates etc)
So I get it - it can be stressful. And, I got you! We can do this together. I coach candidates to perform with clarity and confidence under real interview pressure, because I know firsthand what it takes to succeed in that environment.
