My approach to coaching is simple yet often overlooked. It is personalized. Each individual has strengths and weaknesses that go way beyond framework, maths, and brainstorming. As an avid academic on behavioral science, I help people use their dormant brain to kill the heuristics that often lead to making same mistakes again and again. I firmly believe, everyone hold a strong chance to break into consulting, it is not rocket science but it is indeed a way of life lived with certain set of skills (verbal and non-verbal) that is tested via case interviews and need to be mastered beforehand.
