• Developed a 5-year R&D strategic roadmap for Abu Dhabi (30 initiatives, >1.4B USD budget), encompassing government-to-government R&D strategy, innovation ecosystem funding, policy/regulation development, and strategic initiative approval from the Executive Council.
• Developed five national ICT policies for a KSA ministry, addressing Emerging Technologies, Digital Infrastructure, Green Digital Economy, Talent Hub, and ICT Enablement.
• Developed the national Tech Hub strategy for a KSA ministry. Identified priority sectors to develop innovation growth in KSA through an analysis of the current economic structure, potential international partnerships, and regional fits for localizing Tech Hubs.
• Executed financial modeling and analysis for a Mega Project mobility strategy, preparing a multi-billion-dollar public tender offer and attracting investments.

Redesigned the operation model strategy for the financial department of a major European Asset Manager, defining initiative implementation guidelines, human capabilities change management, and selecting technology partners.

Supported CFO on group financial restructuring in post-acquisition of O3B, group global fiscal reporting and optimization, and IP valuation of a new 5G satellite telecommunication product dedicated to the aeronautic industry.
