Hello everyone,
I have a first-round interview tomorrow evening at A.T Kearney for a Business Analyst role in the London office. I was informed about the interview on Tuesday, which I have been preparing for both the behavioural and case interviews. I have done approximately 50+ cases and understand the casing techniques. I am a little nervous as this is my first case interview.
I would appreciate advice on how to make sure to ace the interview tomorrow and some tips from those who have experienced the interview at Kearney before.
Thank you!
I just had the first round interview. For the first round interview here are my takes:
- For the first interview, the behavioural/fit went well. I finished with time. For the case, the structure was good, the numerical was a bit different as I took time to solve the case. I was not able to provide creativity, judgement and insights and a synthesis for that case as that was the end of the case. The case was about a cable provider in a geography known for sports.
- The second interview was with a partner, I think it went well. It was a private equity case and the interviewer said the words fantastic at the end of my synthesis so I think that was good.
I think my performance was good overall.
