I wanted to ask whether BCG Riyadh is expected to open experienced hire roles in Q1 or Q2 this year. I’ve noticed there haven’t been any postings for generalist consulting roles since around August last year, so I’m trying to understand whether hiring at that level is currently paused/limited, or whether recruitment typically happens through other channels beyond the website.
If experienced hiring is managed differently (e.g., referrals, direct outreach, networking, recruiter-led processes), I’d really appreciate any guidance on how best to position myself. Thank you.
