Will Bain use the new SHL inductive reasoning format for its online tests?

I did a practice test on SHL at it wasn't anything like I had practiced on assessment day or job test prep - no sequence of shapes. It was a single arrow that you could manipulate through pressing different buttons. You then had to remember what buttons produced what effect on the arrow.

Does anyone know if Bain will use this for the 'logical' part of the screening test?

Does anyone know where I can practice tests that most closely resemble the tests that Bain use - in regards to format and difficulty.

Thanks!

It's possible, but I'm not sure. What I'd suggest is as soon as you apply and receive the invitation, open the test and understand what type of questions there are (usually they will have a "practice" section). Once you are comfortable, use the time between then and the deadline (usually at least 1-2 weeks) to prep appropriately.

Good luck!
