Hello! As a  consultant with experience at OW and knowledge of the consulting industry, I can provide some insights. However, please note that I am not currently affiliated with Oliver Wyman Middle East, so I may not have the most up-to-date information on their specific recruiting cycle.

Typically, consulting firms like Oliver Wyman Middle East have annual or semi-annual recruiting cycles for entry-level positions. These cycles can vary from year to year, so it's best to reach out to the recruiters at Oliver Wyman Middle East directly for the most accurate and current information regarding their upcoming recruiting cycle.

Regarding the ban period after rejection, it is common for consulting firms to have a ban period during which candidates are not eligible to reapply after being rejected. However, the specific duration of the ban period can vary between firms. It is advisable to check with Oliver Wyman Middle East's HR department or refer to their official recruitment policies to determine if there is a ban period and its duration.

To stay informed about the next recruiting cycle and any updates, I recommend reaching out to the recruiters at Oliver Wyman Middle East directly. Building a relationship with them can provide you with valuable insights and guidance throughout the application process.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask. Best of luck with your pursuit of a career at Oliver Wyman Middle East!

Hi there!

They are recruiting at the moment. Recruiting cycles also depend on roles, so my advice would be to reach out to the recruiter and ask them what is the timeline for the role that you'd be suitable for.

And yes, OW, like all other firms, impose a one year ban on reapplying once they've rejected you to give you a chance to improve your profile in the meantime.

My recommendation would be to apply to broadly in the region, especially considering that screening is rather tough at the moment. Here is a guide you can go through to develop an application strategy:

Best,
Cristian
