- Focus: The Finance Intern hiring process at BCG is usually separate from consulting tracks and focuses more on technical and functional skills than case interviews.
- Assessment content: Instead of full cases, expect competency-based interviews, possibly a technical assessment or Excel test, and questions on financial concepts, reporting, and data analysis.
