Hi,
I got an offer from Alvarez & Marsal - GCC - CFO services (India) for Senior Associate position.
YOE - 5.8 years in Big 4
CTC they are offering - 18LPA INR.
Please help me understand if this a good opportunity for me to accept it?
Also, is GCC a backend job?Is it worthed to switch from front end to backend after spending 5.8 years here.

It's all relative :)
In short, you need to speak with people who are in your geography and similar roles. They would be able to give you a clearer indication of whether this is a good offer or not. Here's how you can lead these discussions:
Aside from this, also spend some time reflecting on where you'd want to be in a few years from now and whether the new position is bringing you closer to it or not. Try to be honest with yourself.
