I would stop time. I believe time helps humans to progress as for example it takes time to make research about cancer and find the right medicine. If I would stop time, and only few people would continue their work, these people would help the whole humanity.
I would choose to be invisible. invisibility would permit me to access information and thus to overcome difficulties due to imperfect information.
