What has been your most important non-academic success so far?

I learned to play the clarinet when I was in 3rd grade and ultimately by high school, I reached state-level qualification as I competed in the new york state all-state competition. This success taught me the importance of perseverance and resilience even when I was faced with immense hurdles. These lessons translated to my success in academics.

My most important non academic success has been playing professional soccer while balancing a full time remote job. I packed up and moved to a foreign country with 6 weeks notice, coming off a year long recovery from surgery, and was able to accomplish a childhood dream of mine while continuing to advance my career.

Two years ago, I finally learned how to swim. The most gratifying part was that I did it by myself without any trainer. I started going to a nearby recreational pool, got a floating vest and just started trying to swim with the vest on. Within a month I was able to take it off and swim without it.

On top of what I've through I'm really proud of my exchange year in Turkey in Ticaret University, it was a year of meeting incredible people, achieving self-fulfillment, and savoring intercultural flavors

I'm very adventurious person and would love go for a long rides in two stroke vehicles which is very much riskier. But at strecth I went for 950 KM ride in one day. 

My most important non-academic success so far has been budybuilding, I never had an unnessassery rest day or cheat meal.
