I wrote on the remark and also asked in the beginning that I want a non-preplounge case. However Cristobal ignored it and told me at the end that he just gave me preplounge case because he does not have any non-preplounge case. Cristobal should have told me that in the first place so I could give him my case instead. But the fact that Cristobal just ignored and continued was very unpleasant experience. Cristobal should pay more attention to what their partner preferred by listening carefully and looking at the remarks message.
