Best session I had so far! As an interviewer, I learned a lot from listening to Sultan and it was very helpful to see how he decided to go about the case. I am sure he would have been invited to the second round. In terms of feedback I received after solving my case, I learned more during this session with him than in 10 previous meetings with peers. We went 45' over time and Sultan gave me a very structured feedback, shared valuable insights on what I could have done differently and highlighted what areas I should work on. Sultan is a 10/10 and I wish him all the best for his interviews that I am sure he will nail!
