Just want to respond to Deepthi's comment "no-show":
factually, I was late for 15 mins - my bad and had apologized 20 mins before the set time, while I also asked if starting late is ok for & purpose solutions to have her part first, or even skip my part (not verbally say but will do if she had hard stop).
I respect your right to report and still apologize for and only for my late, but "no-show" is lopsided and cannot reflect what happens behind.
