I have a rapid question. How does the recruiting process for McKinsey work for the Latam offices, in particular the Santiago office, in Chile. Of course there are the classic business case interviews but what about the initial steps? I tried to look for some info online without any result. In particular is there any test before the interview? The imbellus? The PST? Thanks in advance
Hola Clara, thank you so much! Do you also know what precise type of test the LATAM offices use? In particular the chilean one. Do they already use the Imbellus gamified test, do they still use the PST, do they use another type? That would help a lot as it is the section I have to improve the most.
