Deloitte application portal status "offer"

Hello everyone,

I had my partner interview for Deloitte UK and after 2 days i could see my application status in Deloitte Portal as “offer”. Does it mean that the feedback is positive and the company is in progress with the offer generation. Any inputs would be appreciated - Thank You

Oh wow, what an exciting thing to read! Not only do they normally call, but that status doesn't normally change so quickly.

Look, I hate counting chickens before they hatch, but I think you can probably count this one. Congrats :)

99% yes but usually they should call or email you before you can see your status in the system to avoid such surprises and second guessing.

Yes, that should be correct. They just haven't reached out to you for some reason, but they most likely will.

Congrats!! I got the verbal confirmation after one week followed by the written offer which took another one week. Did you gave interview for deloitte london?

Doesn't Deloitte do pre-employment check? If yes, how did that turn out to be?

Yep Deloitte does the pre employment check via third party named security watchdog and it does take some time to complete all the required checks

I'm in the process of starting screening. Is it possible if you can describe how Security Watchdog does the check with employer, like whether they can the provided reference, or require written reference, and else do they cover?

I got verbal offer waiting for written offer its been more than a week still have not received it

Its been 3 weeks since the status changed to "Offer". Also, Its been around 2 weeks since the HR said he'll revert back, however I'm not receiving the responses to my follow up emails.
Any timeline to expect here like by when will they revert back with an offer letter or LOI etc.
Please share if you have any similar or any other experience.
