Who I am
I’m a Manager at Kearney and a member of the Kearney Dubai recruiting team, where I sit on the interviewer side of the table and see exactly what gets a candidate through and what quietly ends their process. My cases come from real projects, not from a casebook. I hold an MBA from Kellogg.
Who I coach
Over the past six years I have coached 200+ candidates into McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney and Strategy&. Most of them were not the obvious candidate. They came from a Tier 2 firm trying to move up, from industry with no case experience at all, or from an MBA cohort competing against classmates who had already done consulting internships.
What you get
Every session is scored against the same five criteria the firms use: structure, quantitative reasoning, business judgement, communication and fit. You leave with a written scorecard within 24 hours, the two or three things that will move your result most, and a drill plan for the week, so improvement between sessions is measurable rather than a feeling.
Where and when
I’m based in Dubai and run sessions across Europe, Gulf and Asia hours. If you’re in London, Riyadh, Singapore or Mumbai and every coach you find is asleep when you’re free, that is the problem I solve.
