👋 Hi, I’m Katalin!
I’m a former BCG Senior Associate with experience across strategy consulting, commercial excellence, and growth. I have an academic background in Applied Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, and Corporate Finance, and today work in an international fintech environment.
Throughout my career, I’ve always particularly enjoyed coaching and supporting others. During my time at BCG, I was involved in initiatives such as Women@BCG, and I loved helping people structure their thinking, navigate challenges, and build confidence.

Having experienced both the consulting recruitment process and consulting from the inside, I believe successful interviews are about much more than memorizing frameworks.
My goal is to help you become a structured, confident and natural problem solver. Depending on your needs, we can work on case interviews, structuring, quantitative problem solving, market sizing, brainstorming, synthesis, fit interviews, or your overall interview strategy.
I adapt each session to your level, goals and specific development areas rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
🧩 What to expect from a session
For a typical case session, we’ll briefly align on what you want to improve before moving into a realistic interview-style case.
I’ll give you space to lead the problem solving so I can understand how you naturally think. Afterwards, we’ll break down your performance together and identify what worked, what needs improvement, and the 2–3 things that will make the biggest difference.
You’ll leave each session with clear, actionable feedback and concrete priorities for your next practice.

I’m fluent in English, French, Hungarian and Spanish and love working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Outside of work, I enjoy kickboxing, karate, horse riding, dancing, hiking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
