Ex-BCG Project Leader and recruiter, now at Harvard Business School
I am Charbel, a former Project Leader at BCG in the Middle East and a member of BCG's recruiting team, currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School (dual admit at HBS and Stanford GSB). I coach case and fit interviews in English, French and Arabic.
Why candidates work with me
- The interviewer's perspective: as a hiring manager I sat on the undergraduate recruitment team and was the primary evaluator for interns, so I know exactly what separates a "yes" from a "maybe".
- A track record you can verify: youngest Project Leader in BCG Middle East history, three fast-track promotions in four years (Junior Associate to Project Leader) and a consistent top 3% ranking in the global cohort.
- Real case material: my drills are modelled on live BCG work in Healthcare and Principal Investors & Private Equity, including a ~$2B hospital acquisition, the operating-model redesign of a 10,000-employee hospital and a shared-services restructuring that cut SG&A by ~15%.
- First-generation college student: I navigated consulting recruiting and MBA admissions without a network, so I coach the "how", not only the "what".
What I coach
- Case interviews: structuring, case math, hypothesis-driven problem solving, synthesis and recommendation.
- Fit and PEI interviews: choosing and telling your stories, leadership, personal impact and entrepreneurial drive.
- Application strategy: CV and cover letter, networking, office selection, with particular depth on Middle East and European offices.
I coach in English, French and Arabic and offer slots across Gulf, European and US East Coast hours. Book a session and let's get you to the offer.
