For PEI, I start by mapping your CV, real experiences, and future aspirations together. Most candidates prepare stories in isolation - a leadership example here, an impact story there. I insist on building a coherent narrative that runs consistently across all three so your answers feel authentic, not rehearsed. Interviewers notice the difference.
For cases, I focus on sharpening the thinking behind your structure, not just the structure itself. I push hard on “so what?” and “why?” at every step because that’s what separates candidates who sound structured from those who actually think like consultants. Real case experience comes out when you can defend your logic, not just present it.
