Hello! I’m Kateryna, a former McKinsey Engagement Manager with 6.5 years of deep, hands-on consulting experience, based in San Francisco. I left the Firm in early 2025 after a track record of leading pricing and GTM transformations for B2B software clients.

My passion for coaching and teaching is long-standing. Beyond coaching external candidates, I was a frequent internal trainer at McKinsey, leading 10+ training sessions for new hires and mid-tenure consultants on core consulting skills. Early in my career, I was also a formal, designated coach for applicants through the Firm’s official mentorship program in Eastern Europe. Later, as a trained McKinsey interviewer (IIT-trained), I conducted 30+ real case interviews and participated in hiring decisions. Now, I’m leveraging my fresh, frontline experience and proven teaching ability to help aspiring consultants succeed.
