I’m an ex McKinsey Engagement Manager and have spent years on both sides of the interview table. I’ve conducted more than +500 real interviews and made hiring decisions for entry level, MBA, PhD, and experienced hire candidates at McKinsey and EY.

Over the years, I’ve interviewed thousands of candidates. Many were genuinely strong, but struggled to show their true ability in the interview setting. Seeing capable candidates fall short is what pushed me to focus on coaching.

Today, I work closely with candidates to build strong first principles problem solving, sharp case intuition, and clear, confident communication so they can perform at MBB level before they receive the offer.
