Hey, I'm Melike!
After receiving cross-offers from several leading consulting firms, I chose to start my career at McKinsey & Company in 2021. I spent three years actively working as a consultant as part of the Cologne office, progressing through the roles of Fellow, Fellow Associate, Senior Associate, and Junior Engagement Manager. As a generalist, I worked across strategy projects, due diligences, and and many more different projects, gaining a deep understanding of how top-tier firms evaluate problem solving, communication, and leadership potential.
After McKinsey, I joined a climate-focused private equity fund to broaden my exposure to commercial assessment and investment decision-making.
Over the years, I've informally coached several candidates from my personal network and I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex thinking and helping candidates gain clarity and confidence.
