In addition to my full-time role at McKinsey, I converted every single consulting interview into an offer (e.g. for McKinsey, BCG, and Oliver Wyman) – so I know exactly what top firms expect and how to get there!

Beyond my client work, I’ve coached juniors, provided mentoring and career advice, and I served as selection committee member at ESSEC Business School. Moreover, I serve as selection committee member at the German National Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) – giving me deep experience in conducting interviews and supporting candidates on their journey.
