I’m Alessa, a former McKinsey Fellow and Senior Fellow Associate. After receiving full‑time offers from McKinsey, BCG and Roland Berger, I spent 2.5 years at McKinsey across strategy, transformation and recruiting. I now coach candidates who want to perform clearly under pressure, build strong and authentic fit stories, and develop real strengths instead of generic “average at everything” skills. I work with only a few candidates at a time so you get focused attention, fast communication and concrete next steps after every session.
