Hey, I'm Alessa from Germany!
After receiving full-time offers from McKinsey & Company, BCG, and Roland Berger, I chose to start my career at McKinsey. I spent 2.5 years there, starting as a Fellow Intern and moving through the roles of Fellow, Fellow Associate, and Senior Fellow Associate. Before transitioning into project management, I decided to leave the firm to explore new paths.
During my time at McKinsey, I also gained first-hand experience in recruiting, which gave me valuable insight into what top firms really look for. I'm excited to share all of that with you in a coaching session and support you on your journey!
In coaching, I focus on helping you think clearly under pressure, build strong and authentic fit stories (e.g. McKinsey PEI) and develop real strengths rather than trying to be average at everything. I work with only a small number of candidates at a time so I can be responsive, flexible and go deep, and after each session you’ll get very concrete feedback and clear next steps.
