Time between a McKinsey BA Verbal and a Written Offer?

How long it takes depends on the office and quantity of offers.

It can be anywhere from on the same day up to 2 weeks.

I would follow up with HR after 2 weeks. In any case, no worries - you already have been given the offer and the waiting period - while annoying - is purely administrative.
