As i know
- 1 stop shop to slove all problems for client
- Good traning for employees compared with some other firms
- Catching up with MBB and provides an exciting working environment

Strategy& Paris office is a fast growing office with main focus on Energy, Fintech and heavy Industry sectors and feedback I received from colleagues is definitely positive.
Definitely good training programs also as you say, especially for generalist track, but to be fair MBB are also providing quite heavy focus on that so I wouldn't say it is a differentiating point.
