Typically, there are 2-3 interviews as part of final round. Are they scheduled on the same day or on a few days? If it is the latter, do we get feedback after each interview? Thank you.

1. Interview dates and time
It depends. Before the pandemic, the final round was conducted on a single day in the office.
With the introduction of Zoom interviews, some offices have started to spread the interviews out over several days. Others try to have them all on the same day, sometimes with a couple of hours in between though (also not ideal).
From my experience, running 470+ McK interviews since January, around 70% of final round interviews are on the same day, 30% spread it out over a couple of days or a week.
HR should tell you in time.
2. Feedback
You will not receive feedback between interviews of the same round, only between the first and second round, mostly high-level though (e.g., ‘’you need to be more creative'')

First of all, congratulations on passing the first interview round at McKinsey!
This is indeed an interesting question which is probably relevant for quite a lot of users, so I am happy to provide my perspective on it:
- Generally speaking, they will try their best to conduct all interviews on the same day. Before the COVID-19 crisis, all interviews were conducted in one day at the respective office. Nowerdays, it is slightly more flexible, especially when interviews are conducted virtually.
- However, even if the interviews will not be on the same day, you will not receive intermediate feedback.

1. They still try to schedule on the same day, but with the possibility of zoom interviews, when it is not possible on the same they, they prefer to spread it out for a few days than to postponing it.
2. Don't expect feedback in between the interviews of the same round.

If it's the latter you will not receive feedback in between interviews.
