I had the Imbellus test and It's been over 2 weeks since the test. I've emailed the HR but no reply. Would it be polite if I call the HR regarding my application? or Should I wait for a bit more?

Hi, it can be requested up to 1 month to get an answer, but I recommend to write HR without worrying about bothering them. They are there to help

I would wait 1 week after the follow-up email, then call HR. It is not going to impact your application, so there won’t be issues with that.
I heard candidates that got feedback even after 2 months (and was positive feedback), so it could well be there are some delays in recruiting pipeline in your particular office.

I would actually wait another 2 weeks before reaching out to HR. Unfortunately, these thigns take time and you don't want to be percevied as annoying/desperate.
