That's really hard to tell and honestly, we are unable to give you realiable answer here. 

If I were you, I'd try to seek advice from your mentor within the firm or somebody that you can trust, maybe a Partner that you were close to and exited relatively recently (so that they are now an outsider but have a full understanding of how the firm works). Ideally, you'd also ask Visa to have a chat with 2-3 people at senior roles in a more informal way and to get a vibe of the culture there. 

Otherwise, it sounds like a cool opportunity if you're looking to leave and are interested specifically in financial services.
