Hi!

Much higher impact in developing economies!

Just to give you an idea, one example from my time at McKinsey (I was part of the Lagos Office in Nigeria for several years): we served a big state owned mining corporation in Western Africa, and after about a year of work, we could actually read our impact in an increase of the entire country's GDP which was largely due to our improvements. Tha's what I call highly exciting stuff...

Cheers, Sidi

Hi,

There are several differences:

  1. The projects are more exciting. There are many 001 clients with the very first projects and lots of inefficiencies. Thus you are doing lots of big strategic work and massive transformations
  2. You are working directly with the CEO in most of the cases
  3. You work very long hours for the first two reasons
  4. Quality is similar since you bring international expertise

Best!
