LEK Recruitment

Any recent LEK-ers willing to share his/her experience with the recruitment process?

Currently recruiting for a mid-level role in the London office, and awaiting final decision (it has been two weeks). 

Does LEK's process differ significantly from MBBs? Is a 1-2 week wait common?? I know that they are currently expanding rapidly and also sifting through campus recruitment. They're even hiring contract recruitment managers from what i can see. 

Anyone with insights?

Hi Steve,

There should not be any major differences here. 1-2 weeks is totally normal and common. 

I would reach out this week (Tuesday mornings are generally high hit rates) to see if they have any update.

Thanks. I waited 2.5 weeks in total before the happy call from a partner :)
