While it's not a classic strategy consulting firm like MBB, it offers strong learning in leadership development, assessments, and org design. Career progression can be a bit slower than in top-tier consultancies, but it's a respected brand with global reach and can be a good stepping stone.

It is a very good firm in their field of expertise... they are specialized in organizational consulting (different from general management consulting or strategy consulting). 

They are specialized on the ‘people’ side of consulting, but I’ve heard good things.
