I'm an ADC that applied for full-time this past cycle. Unfortunately did not interviews after completing the games. As I'm planning to reapply this year to the summer ADC programs as well as full-time again if needed, I'm curious how long the results for the PSG/ Pymetrics are good for. Thank you!

Of course, if you're navigating through a different recruiting channel you may still be required to re-take it.

The results of the McKinsey PSG are usually valid for a year. If you completed the assessment more than one year ago, you will most likely need to take the assessment again.

At least for BCG in the system I was in the results applied per application cycle.

Usually for a year.
If you have any doubts, you can contact the recruiter. In some cases they can be lenient and allow you to take the test again if you're re-applying under just a year from the previous failure.
