Financial support in case of an educational leave (PhD) in Germany

How much is the financial support while attending a PhD-program as a consultant at MBB in Germany?

McK says on its website that they will provide a whole consultant salary for one year and tuition fees.

BCG and Bain just stating that there will be financial support but don't provide any concrete information.

Can anyone provide some more information?

Programs are all similar. So the sage assumption would be that you can take an annual salary (or a high percentage of it, at my old firm it was 80% if I remember correctly), and then spread it out over how much time you need for your PhD...
