I have put in effort to network with 5-7 folks at different seniorities from associates, consultants, managers to principals and partners at MBBs and holds referrals from principal/partner.
In my cover letter, should I name all of them and quote what they told me that helped me decide why I want to join them?
I understand that networking with as many as possible is important. How do I make the recruiter know that I have spoken with my contacts?
