Wanted to ask if BCG London, offers signing bonus for non consulting (PA M&O) roles?
If yes, how much would the estimate be for a Manager position?

Typically not for non-consulting roles, but I could be wrong.
Might be worth checking a few other forums, or even better, having a chat with a few people who are in this role now in the firm. You could have a coffee chat with them and ask at some point in the call, indirectly. Typically they would be comfortable sharing this sort of info.

In general, signing bonusses are more common for consulting roles (and not for non-consulting roles). Bonus varies around 1-2 monthly salary.
