It's them reaching out to you, so there's nothing strange. You have an opportunity to have something better, and you are exploring it. It's not like you are actively trying to exit a place where you just started.

So no reason to hide it. 

Of course they will ask why you would leave your current job and join BCG. All the reasons in 1) are fine. 

2) is not a good reason. You can mention it, but downplay it. Being convenient is not a good #1 reason to be chosen - so it is more about all the stars being aligned, than a real reason to move. I.e., you want to be clear that if it was a less convenient option option it would still be preferred by you.

I would be fully open that you have started to work already, always better being open and honest in any circumstances. That you work already is not relevant for the recruiter and it won't change their interest in you. 

You can but you dont have to include why you want to change in your cover letter/FIT if you have better stories to tell (=more convincing about the strengths BCG looks for). 

Sorry don't understand the 2nd question, do you want to work remotely as in the current job? At BCG we also work remotely to a certain point, but it purely depends on the office, practice, etc.

Sorry but not telling them would be such a strange thing to do. Of course you should tell them! For the simple reason that you shouldn’t be lying. But more importantly, this can only make you look better.

They won’t hold it against you if you want to change - even a short time after joining. Nobody is really asked to justify why Tier 1 over Tier 2. And when the opportunity presents itself, you take it!

I like #1 but I don't like #2. You can kind of throw #2 in as a joke (it doesn't hurt that it's also in a city I love), but you want to expand on #1 much much more.

Basically, you need to convince them that you really value BCG for BCG!
