Hi there,
It should be office-dependent.
In my case, I got an internal referral and no links. However, this was before the GDPR (I am starting to get old ;))
In both cases, your strategy to get referrals won’t change. If you have doubts, you can ask the person referring you.

Agree with Francesco, it does depend on both the office and mode of referring. When in doubt, ask the referrer. If you haven't heard/received anything in about 2 weeks you are within the realm of reason to reach out.

Hi, I confirm it depends on the office. You can either get a referral link or directly be transferred to HR
