I recently applied for the bain middle east office as an experienced hire with less than 1 year experience. I got invitation to SOVA test on April 3rd and finished it in two day. It has been almost 3 weeks. I haven't heard anything back yet.
Does anyone know when they will get back to me or will they send out rejection letter anyway?

Bain usually has the courtesy to get back to you, regardless of the outcome.
Given it's been more than 3 weeks, worthwhile following up. There's always a chance that some process delay / issue happened.

Hi there, thanks for the question.
From my experience it does not necessarily mean you did not pass - sometimes they wait for all candidates to finish one stage of the process before contacting everyone. Which means: don’t loose your hope!
However, given the fact that 3 weeks have already passed, I would suggest to politely reach out saying something like “just wanted to check if there is anything they expect from you, or if you should just wait”.

It is difficult to comment on the outcome yet. I would recommend to followup with HR, given 3 weeks have already passed it is totally fine to do so.

Hi, had the same issue as you back in 2021 Oct; Did the SOVA test, however it took them 1.5 months to get back to me and that's when I kept following up with them. Unfortunately, it ended in a rejection. But I still made it to McK :)
