Bain Final Round Undetermined Interview Schedule

Hi everyone,

I heard back about passing my first round one week ago. I emailed HR the same day asking for the interview times, and it was said that their scheduled for before mid-December and they will be in touch soon. I haven't heard back since then. Should I send a follow up email gently asking about it?

Yes, feel free to write to HR again. Typically around year-end time, most partners, managers, etc. will be trying to wrap up cases and may find it difficult to take out time for interviews. This may have led to the delay- a polite follow-up does not hurt anyone.

Yes, you should do it. Because there are two options there: they need to postpone and it's good to know in advance or… they don't postpone and tell you the day before, which isn't great.

Hi there,

Yes, I would reach out again. If they don't respond in a week, try to call them.

Hello!

Yes, 100% kindly follow up. The weeks before Xmas are totally hectic in the offices, so I am sure the issue is that they are not finding time slots with the interviewers.

Cheers,

Clara

Hi there,

It is totally fine to reach out after one week, as you may have to organize your own schedule.

You may want to call HR in order to have direct feedback if you need a prompt answer.

Best,

Francesco
