Hello Prep Lounge family!,

I'm hoping to get some insight into te difference in quality of experience, prestige, industry reputation and exit opportunities at Accenture Strategy UK and EY Strategy UK. Any takers?

Hi,

Can only speak about Accenture. Very strong presence in the UK - 3 offices, one of the biggest markets for Accenture. Major industries - retail and Finance. Also, I believe Accenture is one of the best consulting companies in terms of culture.

Regarding EY, you should target EY-Parthenon. That would be clearly above those 2 other options.

Between Accenture Strategy and EY Strategy, probably Accenture is slightly ahead.

Depends on the region. In Asia, EYP is one of the easiest to get into and people can pull some strings to got in - even though the candidate came from HR background and non-target school. And EYP's pay is almost on par with Audit.

Accenture Strategy has quite a few ex-BCG, S&, Monitor folks, and some ex-McK with M7 MBA.
