Hey everyone, I’m currently preparing for the UBS Global Markets assessment centre and, coming from a non-finance background, I’m trying to teach myself the technical basics.
Most of the resources I’ve found focus on Global Banking — things like financial statements and valuation methods (DCF, comparables, LBOs, etc.) — so I’m not sure how relevant that is for Global Markets.
Should I still spend time on those, or are there specific technical areas that are more important for Global Markets? Any insights or advice on what to expect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
