I think, what really sets Goldman’s M&A team apart, is their combination of talent, relentless work ethic and deep client relationships. They dominate because they’re known for speed, execution, and creative deal structuring. banks like JPM or MS are great, but Goldman has a reputation for consistently being the go-to advisor on the biggest, most complex deals.
