Corporate Finance Case Study

Hi,  I have an upcoming case study interview at a boutique CF firm which mainly does sell-side work. I could not find alot of Corporate Finance case studies online, so wondering what kind of case study can i expect (i.e. mini pitch deck) and how I should prepare for it.

Many thanks,

Kevin

Unclear given the limited intel you provided but I would expect:

- Main focus is to demonstrate credible knowledge around 3 statement models and key accounting concepts. Depending on the quality of the boutique you could expect Merger Math in a private or public context
- A short CIP/CIM/IM or info from a PublicCo where they ask you to crunch through various valuation methods (Merger Math, DCF, paydown) and a brief writeup around deal rationale
