Case Prompt:

Our client is a consumer nutrition company that has developed NuraOne, a pill that delivers a full meal's worth of nutrients and suppresses hunger for roughly twelve hours, with almost no calories. Nothing comparable exists: it is not a shake or a snack you consume instead of food, it removes the need to eat at all for half a day. There is no established category and no reference price to copy.

Management wants an answer two questions for the first meeting: (I) what price should we set for NuraOne, and (II) how should we take it to market?

Sample Structure

There is no single correct structure, but a strong candidate does not open with the pricing model. With a genuinely new product the first move is to understand the market, i.e. who the customer is and what they use today, and only then work the pricing lenses toward a price and a route to market.
