A month ago I played the McKinsey solving problem game, and two days later i revieved a mail that I passed and that a spesific date for an interwive will be shechuled with me.
a day after I got a mail asking me to provide a legal name and adresss in the McKinsey website, which I did, and since then - nothing.

How much time does it usally take for them to shechuled the interview? Should I contact anyone?

A month is a long time - I would reach out to HR to ask for where the process stands right now and whether any additional data is required.

Hey there,

What geography/ office? I've been hearing more and more stories like that and frankly, this should not happen...

It seems that due to COVID the meticulous McK recruiting process has been taking a hit and they are trying to schedule interviews during the week in free slots of consultants (instead of on dedicated interview days), which leads to a lot of confusion, back-and-forth with candidates, and some longer waiting periods.

I'd definitely reach out. If you have a phone number, just call them!

Cheers,

Florian

Hello!

That is indeed unusual, a month is too long. Something mst have happened, so I would advise you to touch base with HR and let them know, so they can schedule you.

Hope it helps!

Hi Ofer,

This is very very surprising. I'm concerned something got lost in the system or one of their comms went to your spam folder.

Please reach out!

Hi Ofer,

I would reach out to HR just in case. You can call them directly to check if they received everything. Maybe there are just some delays in the process, but could also be they did not receive your last answer for some reason.

Best,

Francesco
