Upcoming McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders' Interview in a Few Days

Anonymous A asked on Mar 23, 2018 - 1 answer

Hi Prep lounge fam,

Has anyone here done the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders' interview? I'm guessing it should be much easier than a regular McKinsey case, but I want to be sure of what to expect. Any pointers will help. From what i know, it's a minicase and a 'what are your motivations for wanting to join the NGWL cohort?' interview, but I'd like as much info as I can gather.
