Hello All,
I got an invite to interview with Stax as a Senior Consultant for their Chicago office.
Would anyone have a view on the interview process and what sort of questions can be expected?
Thank you.

Hi there,
Congrats! That's good to hear.
I haven't coached candidates specifically for Stax, but I would recommend two things:
1. Reach out to the recruiter to ask them more about the format of the interview. The format itself should not be a surprise for you as a candidate. Knowing for instance whether you're going to have business cases from across industries or from one industry specifically will make a critical difference in your prep process.
2. Connect and network with recent hires at Stax. This is a master tip that I've used with multiple candidates. Basically, reach out via LinkedIn to recent employees and seek their advice. Usually because they're more junior they are happy to talk and provide insights into how their recruitment process was and what it takes to succeed.
Last but not least, make sure that you keep on applying and do so broadly. Especially in this period firms are quite tough on hiring, so it makes sense to diversify your risk:
Best of luck with the interview!

Hi there,
While I haven't seen this process myself, it does seem like they do a combination of fit/behavioral, case, and written case/test.
Here's some reading to help with aspects of that:
